The Nutrivo blog exists to help people eat well and track their food without the usual guilt and guesswork. Because much of what we write touches on health, weight and nutrition, we hold our articles to a clear set of standards.
Evidence-based, and sourced
We base our articles on mainstream, reputable nutrition science and link to authoritative sources — such as the NHS, the World Health Organization, peer-reviewed research and registered-dietitian bodies — where they support a claim. We deliberately use general findings and sensible ranges rather than inventing precise statistics, and we never fabricate studies, quotes or numbers. Where a source is cited, we check that it genuinely says what we claim it does.
Written by the Nutrivo team
Our articles are researched and written by the Nutrivo editorial team with the help of AI tools, and each one goes through an automated fact-checking pass before it is published. We publish under a team byline rather than a single invented "expert", because we would rather be honest about how our articles are made than dress them up with credentials that aren't real.
